Why social work?  I chose to enter social work because I want to help children and adults with special needs advocate for themselves and achieve the highest level of independence and quality of life possible. With my MSW, I hope to work with an organization dedicated to advancing the rights of people with disabilities and find a way to merge my special education and social work backgrounds.
